You combine points with each purchase on our site when you are connected to your account to order. For each euro spent, you earn 1 point. You can also earn points by accomplishing missions, such as following us on Instagram for example! You can find the missions in the section "How to win points" of your dashboard.
You can then exchange your cumulative points for discounts or jewelry for future orders! 🤩
It's simple: you just have to create your account for free on this page! You will automatically receive all our latest news, news exclusively, and promotions to see the stars. 🌠

FYI, the upper grades of the program earn more points:
When you go to the “Constellation” rank, you earn 1.25 times more points and when you go to the “supernova” rank, you earn 1.5 times more points.
No, there is no limit! You will always have the opportunity to earn more points by ordering with us. 🥳
Make sure you are well connected to your customer account and check that you have not accidentally order with another email address. You must be connected when you order to win points. If you did it inadvertently, contact us at email address contact@nebuleusebijoux.com so that we can apply your points to your account. You will not receive points either if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that the points won for a purchase that you return later will be deducted from your point balance.
If you feel like you have earned points but they do not appear on your account, try to log out and then reconnect to start. Check the history of your awards within the missions/rewards to see if the points have been added without you realizing it. The history of your awards will tell you the number of points won, how, and when they were won.
If you always have the impression that your point balance is inaccurate, you can contact our team at contact@nebuleusebijoux.com and we will examine the problem for you.
Absolutely. If you return all of your order, we will reimburse you the total amount spent after applying the delivery. The points you have used to obtain the discount will also be added to your reward account.

To obtain the 5 points for each social network, simply click on the dedicated buttons on the loyalty program page. Your points will be automatically added to your account even if you are already part of the community! 🥺
VIP grades
Your grade is determined by the total amount spent in the past 12 months:
The shooting star grade is the standard grade, when you create an account.
To reach the Constellation grade, you must spend € 150 minimum.
To reach the supernova grade, you must spend € 300 minimum.
Once the conditions are met, you will instantly switch to the upper grade and you will have access to the advantages of this grade for the next 12 months.
When you are connected to your customer account, your “my account” space on the loyalty program page (on which you are currently) lists all the grades. Your current rank and its advantages will be highlighted by a box.
When your total points crosses the threshold of a grade, you receive an email welcoming yourself in this new grade! 🤗
Once you have reached the Constellation or Supernova grade, you keep it for a year from the date on which you got it!
As a member of the Grade Supernova, delivery will be free when validating your order thanks to your unique promotional code, but do not forget to make sure that you are well connected to your account! 🤓
You will get this code by email; It will also be available via the profile of your Cosmic Club account.
This code will be valid until the expiration date of your Grade Supernova!
