I placed an order on December 9 containing a right aerobatics but I received a left aerobatics. I contacted the after -sales service to make an exchange quickly because the order was to offer at Christmas. After 4 reminders and a week of silence on the part of nebula (despite an email of nebula claiming that my first email was taken into account and will be treated under "a maximum working day") I come across someone who does the necessary For the exchange (hence my 2 stars). The new aerobatics therefore arrives in early January but I receive a left aerobatics once again, for the second time. I have contact the after -sales service and there I have been pending for a week. Today, on the date of 12/01/25 (for an order that I placed on 09/12/24), I still have not had the loop ordered and the order has still not been offered to The person who absolutely wishes a straight and nebulous aerobatics does not give me the impression of being concerned.
