How can I return an article?
You have a deadline for 30 days After receiving your order to make a return request:

- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
- Your refund will be made upon receipt of your return within a maximum of 30 days. It will be made through the payment method you have used.

What are the non -refundable items?
The following articles cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Jewelry in promotions or offered. When one of your jewelry has been the subject of a lot promotion (ex: offer 3 jewelry purchased = 1 offered), the entire lot must be returned in order to obtain a full refund.

Can articles be exchanged?
We only replace an article if it is defective or damaged.
How should I send the returned items?
- To obtain instructions on how to send the returned products, refer to the email received after making the return request.
- The return costs are exclusively charged to the customer.
- You cannot also be taken up all packages for which nothing allows you to identify the sender (name, first name, address, order number, RMA number).
What period will I receive my refund?
- Once your returned article has been received and inspected, you will be informed by email. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
