Guarantee satisfied or reimbursed
You have a deadline for 30 days After receipt of your order to change your mind and make a refund request according to certain conditions:
- All returned products must be new, unused and in their Original states and packaging at the time of return control. Products showing signs of wear will not be reimbursed.
- When one of your jewelry has been the subject of a lot promotion (e.g. offer 3 jewelry purchased = 1 offered), a calculation will be made to determine the amount of the reimbursement.
- The return costs are exclusively charged to the customer.
- You cannot also be taken up all returned parcels for which nothing makes it possible to identify the sender (name, first name, address, order number, RMA number)
- We recommend using a delivery service that allows you to follow the shipment and communicate your tracking number in your return request.
To make a return request:

- Enter your order number and email address to start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
- Your refund will be made upon receipt and control of your return within a maximum of 30 days. It will be made through the payment method you have used.
Defective articles or damaged
Our hard warranty 1 year From the delivery date of your order. In the case of a purchased product with defects, contact us within 1 year depending on the delivery date. We can offer you an exchange for the same product or a credit. If a period of 1 year has passed since your date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a credit or an exchange.
Expeditions
- If you have not received your package after 30 days and your follow -up indicates that it is still not Delivered, we reimburse you or ship again the article (s) concerned (s). Please contact our customer service contact@nebuleusebijoux.com.
- If you have chosen a delivery without signature, nWe assume no responsibility for the packages that have been reported as having been delivered by the carrier. We do not issue any refund or credit for packages whose carrier confirms the delivery.
